Ms Oumoul Koulsoumi Oumarou is a Magistrate. She is a Deputy State Counsel for the Court of First Instance Buea and High Court Fako. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Private Law and Post Graduate Diploma in Magistracy. She has 8 years of practice before the courts. She took interest in engaging in human rights two years in practice as a Deputy Prosecutor when she saw the vulnerable and marginalization of women within our society and decided to build her capacity by undertaking several training courses in Human Rights, with four at the International Institute of Human Rights Fondation Rene Cassin. also she obtained an online certificate in International Law in action, one in Terrorism and Counter terrorism, and last a pending certficate in International Cyber Conflicts.
